Page vierge internet explorer

bonjour!

voilà depuis quelques temps j'ai une page vierge d'ie qui s'affiche, ça me fait un ecran blanc et je suis obligée de passer par le gestionnaire pour la fermer

j'ai aussi 2 autres soucis:
-j'ai eu un plantage y'a 2j avec ce message:
"warning:the boot device have been changed

je precise que je n'y ai pas touché,j'y connais rien!
j'ai fais plein de nettoyage et pas de virus!

l'autre c'est un probleme recurent:
