Wallpaper too large

The wallpaper adjusts the image to the screen size; if it is too small from the start, the image will be blurry or pixelated. To keep this photo in its original format and to prevent it from taking up the entire screen size, a margin should be created all around it. This can be done with "Paint" or another image editing software.

I found a solution
to start, right-click on your desktop (where there’s nothing) go to screen resolution, note the measurement that appears as recommended, open a photo program, I used PhotoFiltre, create a new image with a black background (but you can use whatever you want) at the dimensions of my screen resolution and pasted the desired photo so that it’s centered and looks nice. Here’s a solution to then set it as your wallpaper.
