Hello,
I have a problem with Ccleaner; it won't install or uninstall

when I try to do it, nothing loads, it displays this, and the loading doesn't move https://i.imgur.com/PjDSGUJ.png

the software works well, except at startup, it takes a long time to analyze and bugs

I've had this problem since the new version 5.00

what should I do, as I would like to remove it or update it because it bugs a lot at startup

Configuration: Windows 8.1 / Chrome 39.0.2171.95

    Hello,

    Uninstall it with --> Revo-uninstaller

    Then, download and install the latest version --> CCleaner
    During installation, don't forget to uncheck the offers, like Google Chrome, etc., if you don't want it.

    After that, launch CCleaner
    In the left pane: Options tab
    Select --> Monitoring
    Uncheck all boxes and confirm
    Restart the PC
    Start it again and see if everything is working properly.
