Unable to activate the Cubase license with the activation code.

Hello,
About a month ago, I purchased a Yamaha Audiogram 6 interface, which came with Cubase AI software included.
To download the software, I have a sheet with a 25-character activation code: numbers and uppercase letters.
So naturally, I went to the Steinberg website (www.steinberg.fr/getcubaseai) and created a My Steinberg account as requested. However, once on the activation page, after entering my code, when I click to validate, I receive the following message: Security Error #2FG0
It’s as if I had already activated my license with this code when I haven't. I've tried every possible way, I went to the support page, but even after doing everything that was asked, I'm still at the same point.
I downloaded eLicenser, but I don't think it's useful for me since I didn't have a USB eLicenser in my box.
I really don't know what else to do to download my software. Is it possible that my code has expired, given that I didn't use it right away?

I have exactly the same problem. I just bought a Yamaha MG10XU mixing console and I can't download Cubase AI.
I'm being told that my code has already been used when it hasn't at all.
Any solution?
