Reverse screen, alt gr + ctrl + up arrow does not work

I have a small problem: my screen is on its side and the alt gr/ctrl/up arrow combination doesn't work.... wtf
I have a Windows 8, HP

      I have a problem like that too, I'm on Windows 10, I accidentally pressed altgr + arrow, I managed to straighten my screen but the resolution has decreased...
