Disable CTRL+ALT+Arrow

Hello,

When you simultaneously press CTRL+ALT+ one of the arrow keys, the screen rotates in the direction of the arrow.
Is it possible to disable this function?

    I think you need to go into the graphics card settings, like in the notification bar if it's Intel, right-click, properties, and check to disable it.
