Add french language to my motorola v3i

Hello
I bought a Motorola V3i. But the menu language is limited (English and Chinese)
Please help me add the French language. 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Hello. If you want to add a language:
    1. Insert the XP CD into the CD drive
    Then go to the Control Panel - Regional and Language Options and in the Languages tab, uncheck the 2 options and then click OK. When you finish, restart the PC
    Then go to the Control Panel - Regional and Language Options, and in the Languages tab, click on Details then Add Language and find the French language, then OK.

      but I’m talking here about a Motorola V3i phone
      I want to add the third language to the menu and it is indeed French
      because I only find English and Chinese here

    How to change the language list on a Motorola V3 and V8, there are only Chinese, English, and another unknown one. I would need to replace it with a European list (English, French, German, etc...)
    If anyone knows the system, thank you in advance.
