Bonjour !

Je sais qu'il existe déjà un bon nombre de forums ou de site expliquant comment supprimer le virus ClickCaption mais aucun n'a réussi à résoudre mon problème...
Alors voilà, j'ai reçu mon ordinateur hier et un virus s'est déjà installé dessus. Dès que je clique sur un lien sur Internet, une page de pub s'ouvre grâce à ClickCaption (en tout cas c'est ce qui écrit). Du coup je suis allée dans la liste de programmes pour le désinstaller mais il n'est même pas indiqué ! J'ai réinitialisé les paramètres de mon moteur de recherche et supprimé les extension mais il ne s'est rien passé. Alors j'ai essayé de le détecter avec AwdCleaner puis avec McAfee mais aucun n'a réussi.
Je commence vraiment à désespérer...

Envoie comme expliqué, ces deux rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur

Installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
Fais des scans réguliers avec, il est efficace.

Bonjour, je connais actuellement le même problème que L0LAD, j'ai tout essayé mais rien à faire, je ne peux me débarrasser de ces programmes malveillants tels que ClickCaption... Est-ce que vous pourriez m'aider où dois-je créer à mon tour le même sujet ?
Ce problème m'agace énormément,je vous serais très reconnaissant de votre aide :)

Faire nettoyage AdwCleaner puis analyse FRST et donne les rapports via pjjoint.
Je te donnerai la correction pour te débarrasser de ces .....

J'ai déjà fais de nombreux nettoyage avec AdwCleaner et ça n'a rien changé, il n'y avait même pas de rapport final après le nettoyage de l'ordinateur...

Désinstalle Google Chrome depuis programmes et fonctionnalités qui se trouve dans le Panneau de configuration.
Au moment de la désinstallation, coche la case pour supprimer les profils.

J'ai suivi tes conseils mais le programme ne veut pas se désinstaller, il me demande de fermer toutes les fenêtres de Google Chrome, y comprit en mode windows 8 (et pour être honnête je suis nul en informatique alors je n'ai aucune idée de ce que sont les fenêtres en mode windows 8)
Je suis vraiment désolé d'être aussi agaçant, merci d'être aussi patient :/
