Hello
I have a Samsung Solid B2100 mobile phone and I can't use it because it keeps saying "Emergency calls only." As some suggest, I tried removing the battery and the SIM card and then putting them back, but nothing happens and my device is still unusable.
If you have a solution, please propose it to me.

Hello, do you still have the warranty for your Samsung?

    Hello,

if the phone does not accept your SIM card, the explanation is simple:

it is locked (otherwise, it does not recognize your provider or your SIM card), so you will need to unlock it!

"Dessimlocker" n'est pas un mot français standard. Il semble être une combinaison des mots "débloquer" et "simlock". Si vous cherchez à savoir comment déverrouiller un téléphone ou une carte SIM, vous pourriez dire "déverrouiller" ou "débloquer". Si vous avez besoin de plus de contexte ou d'une autre traduction, merci de préciser.

    Hello
either the SIM card is not compatible (format, type, .. you might need a specific "new" SIM card
or the phone is not unlocked:
you have put a SIM from a different operator than the original in a phone that has not been previously unlocked)
or everything is fine but you have not entered the unlock PIN
in case of 3 failed attempts (PIN or pattern) or lost PIN, you need to enter the PUK code indicated on the SIM card support or contact your operator
finally, if the phone is "recovered" we don't really know how, it may be locked by the operator due to theft or "disappearance"
in these cases, we won't be able to help you here!

    Hello:

Maybe there's simply no credit left?

Have a nice day, best regards.
