Hello everyone,

Actually, I'm telling you my story so it can serve as a warning to others; and please advise me ...
A few days ago, my 15-year-old sister went on a chatroulette site, she often went there when she had nothing to do even though I told her these sites are dangerous and there are a lot of sick people who show their private parts. But the last time, she encountered a boy she thought was cute and nice, so she showed her face, but then it turned out that it was a fake and he was using someone else's video. He told her that he had recorded the video where she showed her face and threatened her that he would edit it and spread it on the internet and all social media if she didn’t show him her breasts. My sister, panicked, didn’t know what to do, so the first thing she did was disable her webcam, but then he showed her the video of her, so she showed her breasts, but only her chest was visible for a few seconds, neither her face nor anything else, just her chest. But then she immediately turned off the computer and came to tell me ... I was at my girlfriend's house who lives in the same building as us. Now, please tell me if he is likely to do something to her, can he reach her? Should I tell my mother?

    Hello.

Of course it needs to be said! It won't go without breaking things, obviously. Reprimands and punishment constraints are to be expected. But above all, the guy needs to be stopped immediately in his despicable plans, otherwise he will continue. (some teenagers have committed suicide because of similar issues) By filing a complaint, the police will be able to quickly identify this guy with the help of the operator, and I think they can arrest him.

This is just an opinion ... See you later

    Hello

Here are the usual tips that are given in this kind of case:

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/34709-chantage-a-la-webcam-que-faire

You are posting from a North African country, I'm not sure that "calling the police" is very wise.... or effective... the scammer being surely in another country....

The most important thing is to cease all contact with this *****

If he was able to somehow appropriate the list of your sister's contacts on one of the social networks... the best thing is for her to warn them that her accounts have been hacked and that they should not open any messages supposedly from her (virus .... )

As for talking to your mother.... it’s up to you depending on the context... But if you do, do it with your sister's consent...
