Hello,
I need help, I can't register the Storio Max tablet. That's not all, I can't connect it or set the time. The quick start guide is useless. Please help me, thank you.

Here is how to perform a reset.

Warning, after this, you will lose all the data stored on it (photos, videos, settings, etc.). If possible, try to back up your data beforehand using the Explor@park app.

Some Storio models have a small hole on the side. Simply insert a toothpick into it and hold it for 5 seconds to reset.

If you cannot find this hole, here’s how to proceed:
  • Make sure the tablet is unplugged, turn off the Storio tablet by pressing the power button for about 3 seconds, then confirm by clicking “Turn Off” on the screen.
  • Simultaneously hold down the D-PAD button (Up - Right - Down - Left) between the Up and Left arrows, the HELP button (question mark) and the ON/OFF button (power).
  • A white screen should appear.
  • Only release the On/Off button while keeping the other 2 buttons pressed.
  • The Factory Reset screen should then appear. If not, start over from the beginning.
  • Once the Factory Reset screen is displayed, release the D-Pad and HELP buttons.
  • If it doesn’t work, plug in the charger if necessary.
  • Do not turn off the tablet during the reset. This may take several minutes.
  • Once the reset is complete, the tablet will restart.
