Hello everyone,
For the past few days, Excel has refused to operate the ActiveX buttons, regardless of the file:
It’s impossible to click on them.
No right-clicking is possible.
When I open the files on another computer, everything works fine.
I think this is related to Excel or this computer. These are files I use every day, and I don’t remember changing any settings in Excel.
Here is an example file:

But it’s quite possible that it works perfectly for you...
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 39.0.2171.95

It's due to the automatic update of Microsoft Office 2010.
You need to go to Control Panel ==> Programs ==> Programs and Features ==> Click on View installed updates ==> Look for the line "Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 32-Bit Edition", right-click on it and then Uninstall.
You will need to restart the computer and it will work like before. -
Hello,
That's right, check this out too, there's no need to restart the PC, you just need to remove one update:

Thank you all for your responses.
I have to step out, but the problem seems to come from there.
I am using Office 2007, and for the Microsoft Office Service Pack 3 (SP3) update, uninstallation is not offered in the control panel.
I will look into the proposed solutions and keep you updated. -
Indeed, everything is working again.
I uninstalled the following update:
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 suites (KB2596927)
I'm disabling Windows automatic updates for now!
Thank you again for your quick response!
