Hello,
is it possible to use a text filter on a pivot table?
on a normal table it works!!
because I have a table extracted from a database and I don't want to retype it
by renaming fields.
is there a trick, thanks
Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 39.0.2171.71

thanks via 55,
ok I saw.
but I have another issue.
in a normal table you can select text filters then custom filters and then you have 2 lines of choices for example begins with
then and (or) or for example begins with; super handy!!
especially in my case where only one and the same salesperson has been entered e.g.: MARTIN
and P MARTIN.
except that when you created your pivot table from this table then you only have
the choice of: filters applying to labels and then you only have one criteria to choose from, it's weird.
I can't find it, thanks for your help.
