Comment réparer ou installer "Windows Installer" sous Vista

Deuxfoisquinze -  
Windows Update échoue. La cause est "WindowsUpdate_00000641" et
"WindowsUpdate_80070641". On cherche comment réparer et la réponse indique que "Windows Installer" est défaillant. SVP, comment réparer son installation qui existait, bien sûr? Un grand merci.

      Merci pour ce lien et pour l'effort. Malheureusement le DVD original Microsoft est exigé ALORS que mon PC m'a été vendu avec un Vista déjà installé. Le DVD de sauvegarde ne marche pas dans ce cas....
