Cannot Start Application

Bonjour, depuis quelques jours j'ai de gros soucis, j'ai une pop-up qui s'ouvre en boucle qui me dit: Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance.

Quand je fais ok, rien ne se passe, quand je fais ''Détails", j'ai un bloc note qui s'ouvre qui me dit:
