Connecting Headphones to my LG TV
Solved
Hello everyone,
I just acquired a 60" LG television to replace my 40" Sony.
However, on my Sony, I connected my headphones using the red and white RCA jacks at the back of my TV, which allowed me to have sound in the headphones as well as from the TV speakers.
On my new LG TV, I set up the same connection but the sound does not come out of the headphones... I can only get sound in the headphones when I plug them into the jack, which cuts off the sound from the speakers...
I searched through the options since you can set the audio output, but nothing allows sound to come through both the headphones and the speakers...
If anyone has a good idea, I’m all ears.

Actually, the sound comes out of both the headphones and the speakers when I watch TV on "Antenna."
However, as soon as I switch to an HDMI, it no longer works in the headphones.
My Sennheiser RS 180 headphones are connected via a male jack on both sides, but I also have a female jack/RCA adapter to connect it differently if needed. On my old television, it was connected via RCA.
Is it possible that the SCART Out takes care of all my peripherals? Is it really different from my SCART/female jack adapter?
