Bonjour,

Je viens vers vous car mon ordinateur est extrêmement lent, surtout à l'ouverture du navigateur. C'est pour cela que j'ai décider de faire une analyse Hijackthis, mais je ne sais pas vraiment lire les résultats. Serait-il possible de lire et d'interpréter les résultats du rapport que je fais parvenir plus bas ? Merci par avance.

    bonjour, tu est bien sous vista !! si oui pourquoi as tu pas le SP1 et encore moins le SP2 ton pc est pas tenu à jour par windows update ??

    postes plutôt un zhpdiag qui nous en dira plus que hijackthis

    On va faire un diagnostic de ton PC pour plus de renseignements ==>

    - Télécharge ZHPDiag sur ton bureau : https://nicolascoolman.eu
    - Laisse-toi guider lors de l'installation.
    - Ouvre ZHPDiag (icône parchemin) puis clique sur Configurer.
    - Dans les icônes qui apparaissent en bas, clique sur la loupe la plus à droite (Diagnostic avec légitimes). Dans la fenêtre qui apparaît demandant un rapport avec full options, clique sur Oui, puis patiente le temps du scan.
    - Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt présent sur ton bureau sur le site ci dessous, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse :

      Bonsoir merci de votre réponse, les mises à jour sont activées, mais je viens de voir qu'elles ne s'enclenchent pas, la SP1 était en attente.

    J'essaye d'installer Le SP1, mais à chaque fois au bout de 30 secondes il m'est signalé que la mise à jour a été effectuée, et elle revient au bout de 1 minute, comme si rien n'était installé.

    Bonsoir j'ai fait les mises à jour manuellement ce matin du SP1 et du SP2, elles sont passées, maintenant il y a une centaine de mises à jours qui se sont déclenché par la suite je suis en train de toutes les faire, je vous tiens au courant par la suite.

    Je n'utilises aucun anti virus ça demande trop de ressource et puis je pense que si on ne va pas sur n'importe quel site et qu'on ouvre pas n'importe quel type de fichier l'anti-virus est un peu inutile.

      bonjour, oui le pc est propre une fois mcafee supprimé!!

      il te restera adobe reader à désinstaller et mettre la dernière version

      désinstalles adobe reader car pas à jour et telecharges et installes cette version :

      https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/bureautique/2625-adobe-reader/

      ou directement : https://get2.adobe.com/fr/reader/otherversions/

      décoche: McAfee Security Scan Plus

      SINON il y a plus légé que adobe reader https://filehippo.com/fr/download_sumatrapdf/

      bonjour, tu pourras passer delfix pour nettoyer les outils utiliséset leurs rapport !

      et puis vois pour faire de la place sur ton disque dure système car System drive C: has 2 GB (7%) free of 29 GB et 7% c'est lus que pas assez il faut toujours un minimum de 10% soit pour toi 3GB et ne jamais descendre en dessous sinon il y a risque de ralentissement ou dysfonctionnement de windows voir des plantages !!!


      télécharge delfix ( merci xplode)

      compatible avec Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 versions 32 & 64 bits.

      lances delfix

      coches Réactiver l'UAC

      et coches Suppression des outils de désinfection (cocher par défaut)

      et coches Purger la restauration système

      ne pas oublier de cliquer sur "executer"

      une fois fait tu cliques droit sur un espace vide de ton bureau

      et puis nouveau document texte

      tu l'ouvre et tu fais clique droit dedans et copier

      normalement tu devrait avoir le rapport de delfix tu me le postes

      par le biais d'un hébergeur !!
