Hello,
I exported data from the Cindoc software to Excel. They are all in uppercase in Cindoc, and therefore also in Excel. Thanks to the "lowercase" and "proper case" functions, I was able to convert the text to lowercase, but the accents are nowhere to be found. However, it's a large file. I wanted to know if you knew of a way to automatically revert the uppercase to words?
These data are then exported to Word, in case you have a solution for doing it here as well.

Hello,
If the Excel data will be exported to Word in uppercase, you simply need to import them directly from Cindoc to Word as they are (uppercase on Cindoc).

Good evening,
I suppose you meant to say "how to automatically add accents to the words" and not uppercase letters.
If your formulas for converting to lowercase or proper case have been overwritten by a copy/paste value, you might consider using Excel's spell checker.
It won't work miracles, but it can make your work easier.
You can launch it by pressing <f7> or through the Review/Spelling tab.

Yes, sorry, I meant accent and not uppercase; if I’m also writing nonsense..!
Okay, I will do it using F7 then. In Word, it’s the same, only with the spell checker, there isn’t a "magic method" possible?
For what we want to do, we have to go through Excel before Word, yes..
And on Cindoc everything is filled in uppercase, so I have no choice but to export in uppercase and then transform it afterwards.

So aside from hiring temporary workers or assigning this task to trainees in office automation, I see no solution, especially not an automatic one!
