Hello,
here is my issue, I had internet problems for a week, the technician came and it is working again.
When I wanted to go to my Aliexpress account to check the status of my orders and confirm a receipt of an order, I was unable to log in after several failed attempts. I tried to create an account with the same email address and it created a strange account and of course, there is no tracking for my orders.
How am I going to confirm my orders? Will there be any issues? I tried to contact them but it’s a robot that replies and that doesn’t solve my problem, can you please help me?

As mentioned at one point in the forum, if you placed an order with your phone number, and you have just received a verification code by SMS, you should be able to recover your account as follows:
For example, if your phone number is 0612345678, then your account will be (for France): 33-612345678
Then you click on "Forgot password" and reset your password.
