Aliexpress does not recognize my account.

Good evening,
I thought my computer was acting up this afternoon.
I wanted to go through Facebook to access AliExpress.
I immediately got to the page, but there was a connection problem.
On Facebook, I don’t have the same address, so there was a big
mix-up, the password was wrong. I wanted to reset the
password on AE, it worked, but then it wasn’t recognized.
I still can’t access my orders.
