How to underline an email address

Hello,

I'm having a problem... I can't set up my client account on the Bouygues Box... I've been assigned an email address with highlighting... What do I do? I copy and paste, but the highlighting disappears each time... And I don't have a toolbar with characters... I want to clarify that I'm not good at this, I can't manage with Windows 7, thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    you don’t need to underline your email address, it’s automatic. When you type an email address (it depends where), if you hover your mouse over it, you’ll see the underline. But you don’t have to worry about it, just type your email address, that’s all.

    Hello,

    Instead of copying and pasting, type the address while respecting both lowercase and uppercase letters, and click Enter to confirm.

    It is possible that in your copy there is an extra space or something else, causing your address to be considered as text rather than a valid address.
