Restauration

bonjour a tous ,ma question est; comment faire un point de restauration manuellement sous windows 7 32 bits , Pc ;packard bell LJ65 , car je me suis aperçu qu'il ne faisait aucun point automatiquement , or je voudrais remedier au problème ,au cas où .....
