The menu on my screen opens by itself

Hello,
I turned on my computer screen this morning and after a certain amount of time, the menu on my screen opened, then it closed but keeps coming back all the time and sometimes even opens the submenus. It’s extremely annoying.
If you have any solutions, please let me know.

    screen with touch buttons, try wiping the buttons with a cloth, mechanical buttons may be stuck!
