Music "ho ho ho" (found!)
SolvedClem -
Hello everyone,
I'm desperately looking for the title of a song that has been stuck in my head for X years.
I attributed the chorus to the band "Def Leppard", but after going through their albums, I can't find the famous song.
So either it isn't them, or I've missed it.
The chorus consists of harmonies singing "Houuuu Hou Hou Houuuuuuuuuu...." then there's the lyrics, and again the harmonies.
For those who have a guitar nearby, I made a quick tab with what I had:
Basically, it would look like this: (see below for the legend)
2(5) 2(5)/4(4)/4(5). 4(5)//4(5)//6(5)/ 4(5)/4(5)/2(5)//2(5)/ 4(6)/2(6)/2(5)/2(5)/
2(5) 2(5)/4(4)/4(5). 4(5)//4(5)//6(5)/ 6(5)/7(5)/7(5)//7(5) 7(5)//9(5)//6(4)//9(5)//
The harmonies follow these notes: 2(5) 2(5)/4(4)/4(5).
So Houuuu[2(5)] Hou[2(5)] Hou[4(4)] Houuuuuuuuuu[4(5)]
Then the other notes follow the lyrics that come next, with a variation at the end of the 2nd verse.
Legend:
The number corresponds to the fret to play, and the one in parentheses indicates the string.
All notes are quarter notes except...
Those followed by a slash "/" which are eighth notes. The "//" are sixteenth notes.
The note followed by a dot corresponds to a whole note.
Thanks to everyone who can help me. Sorry again for the tablature, I'm not Mozart; I did my best with the resources I had and what I could remember.

Isn't it "Child in Time" by Deep Purple? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OorZcOzNcgE
