HDMI Display with Nvidia GTX 750 Ti

Hello everyone,

I recently acquired a new Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti graphics card and installed it without any issues. All drivers are up to date. Previously, I had a GT 630 (not at all made for gaming), which didn't have an HDMI port, so I connected my screen (AOC) with a standard VGA connector, and everything worked well. But today, my new graphics card has an HDMI port, as does my screen. However, when I try to connect them with an HDMI cable, no image appears. Does anyone have an idea what I should do? Thank you in advance!

PS: I'm not a pro in IT; I just plugged my GPU into a PCI slot on my motherboard, and the games run fine. I have an image when I'm connected via VGA.

    Hello,

    Have you installed the graphics card drivers? Silly question, but it's strange, it should have activated automatically.

    You also need to uninstall the drivers of the old graphics card before installing the new one.

      I add that the VGA is standard, it starts a screen without any problem everywhere. The HDMI must have its driver to start a screen. So you probably have a driver issue.

      I have normally installed all the available drivers, but I will still try a new update!

      If you are up to date and nothing happens, download a free graphics driver removal utility that you will use offline.

      Then restart your machine with an Internet connection, PC connected via HDMI. The Internet will find the display driver for you, then you can reinstall the complete driver for your graphics card.
