Hello,

My 14-year-old granddaughter has a mobile phone. Her mother, my daughter, received a bill from Free Mobile and she is not happy at all...

I studied the bill in question. Her parents have the Freebox. With her phone, she is entitled to 2 hours of "regular" free calls, plus unlimited SMS.

However, on this bill, there are:

16-08-2014 14:41:47 SMS 71700 (telemaque - HORO 1 0.00
16-08-2014 14:41:55 SMS+ incoming 71700 (telemaque - HORO 1 0.65

There are thus 20 "pairs", one free SMS immediately followed, sometimes within a second, by a paid SMS+ incoming costing €0.65, between 14:41:47 and 16:43:35.

On 17-08-2014, i.e. the following day between 23:05:09 and 23:34:39 the same thing happened for 4 "pairs" one free SMS, followed a few seconds later by a paid SMS+ incoming.

The parents are asking for a refund of the €15.60 corresponding to the girl and accuse her of having called forbidden numbers. Her parents do not give her pocket money and as soon as she has a little because I give her some for a good grade, her mother jumps at the first opportunity to take it from her...

She insists that she has never called any horoscope. She also says that sometimes she receives numbers that she does not know or that are hidden, and when she answers, it’s sometimes a friend, sometimes there is no one.

But here we are not talking about numbers, we are talking about SMS...

It seems to me that you can block someone for phone communications. Is it possible for SMS?

I searched online and saw that this site gives horoscopes over the phone, but I didn't understand everything.

Is it possible for someone to call this site, request a consultation, and give a number to call back, in this case, someone else's number?

I am completely clueless about this kind of thing, I have a phone that makes calls, which receives SMS (that I can't read), but that's it, I don't go online, I don't swipe the screen and I don't have a bunch of icons, photos, etc...

I thought that SMS, phone communications, and others were paid for by the sender. How come she has SMS+ incoming? It’s this incoming that I find strange...

If someone can answer me that would be really nice... Because this could happen again and if we don't know where it's coming from, how can we fix it...
