Install sky accounting on A NEW MAC

Hello,
I need to uninstall Ciel Compta from my old Mac to reinstall it on a new Mac.
I don't have the installation CD because Sage sent me a download link that was valid for 48 hours.
How can I uninstall and reinstall the software?

    Ciel is a paid service. If you purchased it, you need to explain your problem to them, and they will provide you with a new link, as well as the list of files to recover for your accounting. Make sure to back up your entire program on an external device so that you can recover your files during the new installation.

      On the other hand, it’s not normal that you don’t have a CD. Contact a consumer association or the DGCCRF. As soon as you purchased the license, you have rights!

      I called Ciel, they are discontinuing the Ciel software for Mac and therefore do not want to provide me with a CD or a new download link
      I'm going crazy because I bought the update less than 6 months ago...

      Check with the consumers and the DGCCRF, they will advise you. Ciel must provide the code since you purchased the software, or supply you with a CD, before stopping sales. Your last purchase was less than 6 months ago, they should have known they were going to stop....
      Have you called the sales department? Apparently, the Mac version is still on sale..
