Car radio and speakers 207

Hello,

I have several questions to ask you! First of all, I own a 2006 207 110Hp Sport Pack 3-door, with a rear parking sensor and all that jazz.

My stereo doesn’t have a basic auxiliary input, and burning CDs is really annoying, especially when you have Deezer or Spotify. So, is it possible to add an auxiliary input? How much would it cost, etc.? Also, is it worth changing the speakers while keeping the original stereo? (Because I want to avoid losing the beeping sound of the parking sensor).

The thing is, I would like to change my 6 speakers (woofers + tweeters + coaxials at the back). I don't know which speaker model to choose.

Otherwise, what kind of car stereo should I get? With which speakers? I mainly listen to rock and everyday music, let’s say. But mostly rock. Also, I would prefer not to clutter my trunk with a subwoofer since I often travel with a full trunk.

Thanks, community!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 37.0.2062.124

    Hello,

At PSA, you have the USB BOX that connects to the charger port of your car radio. This way, you have a USB connection in your car's glove compartment.

There are also alternative systems, the Xcarlink, the Yatour

All these products connect to the charger port and therefore require activation at a Peugeot garage.

Volunteers appreciate the following words: hello, good evening, thank you, please! Don't forget! For emergencies, call 112 or learn patience.

No, but I don't want USB, I specified in my first message that I was looking for aux ^^. I read on some forums that the dealer can activate aux on the original system.

to have an auxiliary socket, you need this kind of box and you have to activate the CD charger socket

I know the problem, I've done it on my Xsara, C3... same system as on 206

by the way, is your display green or orange?

      ODB is the On-Board Computer
OBD (On Board Diagnostic) is the diagnostic port of the car, where you plug in the diagnostic tool.

I'm reviving the topic because I haven't found a solution yet!

If I want to change my car stereo, which one do you recommend? I don't want anything overly high-performing, and I'm looking for something under 100 euros. Additionally, which speakers should I add?

You won't be able to change the car radio, as it controls the settings menus of your car

This is not really the right forum for this kind of question, go to a specialized forum.
