Hello,
I recently bought an Epson XP-322 printer, and I also purchased a set of cartridges. When I installed the printer, I used the cartridges I had bought instead of the ones provided. It worked perfectly. Today, I wanted to replace an empty cartridge, so I took one of the ones that came with the printer, but it won't accept it because it's a setup cartridge. I had no idea I needed to use those cartridges at the beginning; I thought they were the same as the ones I bought, so the printer won't accept it. What should I do? I don't want to throw them away.

Good evening, look at the back of your cartridge, and rather at the top, check (it might be hidden by a label) if there is a kind of small round button, or a hole, to insert a paperclip into this hole and hold it down for a few seconds to reset it, then put your cartridge back in to try. If this method works, wait a bit for your printer to recognize the cartridge.
