Windows Search Filter Host is using CPU

Hello,

For the past few days, the Windows Search Filter Host process has been using 50% of my CPU. After scanning with Antivir and then Malware Bytes, there was no improvement. Defragmenting the disk did nothing. I also tried to remove this Windows component, but I no longer have access to search in folders... Do you have a solution?
The Windows Troubleshooter is suggesting:
Permissions on the Windows Search data directory
NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Thank you,

Remitch

Configuration: Windows 8

Well, I disabled indexing by following these recommendations:
    http://www.windows8facile.fr/desactiver-windows-search/

It works quite well even though searches are a bit slower.
