Supprimer le virus Smitfraud-C Toolbar888

Bonjour,
je suis nul en informatique et j'a suivi les qulque conseils que j'ai pu trouver sur internet pour arriver à ces deux logs ci-dessous, mais malheureusement je ne sais pas du tout ce que ca veut dire alors pourriez-vous m'aider? Mon pc est infecté par Smitfraud-C Toolbar888...j'arrive pas à m'en débarasser...
