It's true that Apple customer service is efficient. A few weeks ago, before getting my iPhone 6, I brought my iPhone 5 to the Apple Store (iPhone provided by my phone operator in September 2012). My Power button was no longer working, they lent me an iPhone 5 (without a deposit) and the repair was covered by Apple (free because the defect is recognized by Apple). My iPhone was returned to me after 7 days.

Performant customer service, I do not agree; the exchanges are only refurbished products, and that’s something you should know. It’s shameful.

I had two iPhone 6 that were acting up, and the second time they told me the phone was bent!? Just a photo with barely a millimeter, and they refused to honor my warranty for a product that expensive which malfunctions after a few months. They told me it would be 268 euros plus tax to make it compliant with iPhone standards. I think, in the end, Apple is a declining product! In my opinion, considering that this product is declining, I believe that bugs will become common and that eventually the customer service will fail, just like it did for me. And after paying ridiculous amounts for a phone that doesn't even last a year, with their claim that it is slightly bent or whatever, they have an easy excuse—you can't prove that it was in perfect condition, 40 minutes of useless words or my team leader saying it's impossible for him to arrange the phone, I have to pay, even though the phone was like new but just defective!!!

I have the same problem with my iPhone 6 Plus.
The touchscreen doesn't work, but when I put it in the refrigerator to cool down a bit, it works for 1 or 2 minutes and then stops again...

I did the update a month ago, no problems, unfortunately my screen broke but was working perfectly.

The touch screen controller board is not protected by a metal plate, as was the case in previous iPhones
This same board is no longer supported as firmly as in previous iPhones
