Silvercrest is a brand sold by "Lidl" and I don't think it's a Wifi key but rather a video capture device...???
If that's not the case, please provide the exact references for your USB key.

Additionally, we need to know what version of Windows you have... because depending on that, the drivers are not the same.
There may be a mini-CD in the packaging.
