CS-12 Plus W Calculator from Auchan

Hello,

I bought a calculator from Auchan called "CS-12 plus W" which worked very well.
Then my daughter used it at school, and since then it has not been working.
I can't turn it on anymore; I tried resetting it, removing the battery and putting it back in, but nothing works.
There's a small black flag on the screen!!!
I don't understand.
Can you help me?
