Ralentissement De mon PC

Bonjour,

Suite à l'introduction d'une cléf USB dans mon PC ( enfin je pense c'est apparu juste après).Il s'est mis à ralentir fortement.
Je soupçonne un virus, mais j'ai lancé une analyse complète et mon antivirus ( Microsoft Security Essentials ) n'a rien trouvé.

Dans le gestionnaire de tâche, j'ai ma CPU à 35% ma mémoire à 60% et
Processus 92 constamment même au repos.

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider? merci !!!

    Fais un scan USBFix et donne le rapport.

      Fais le scan avec tes disques amovibles branchés comme cela est indiqué sur le tutorial.

      Je n'ai rien comme disque amovible, la clef était à un amis et il l'a reprise, sinon j'utilise un casque et une souris par les port USB mais ils déjà branché.

    Faire un Scan OTL - Temps : Environ 40min
    =====================
    OTL permet de diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections - Le programme va générer deux rapports OTL.txt et Extras.txt
    Fournir les deux rapports :

    * Télécharge http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/ sur ton bureau.
    (Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

    * Lance OTL
    * En haut à droite de Analyse rapide, coche "tous les utilisateurs"
    * Sur OTL, sous Personnalisation, copie-colle le script ci-dessous :

    * Quand le scan est fini, utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ pour envoyer le rapport OTL.txt (et Extra.txt si présent).
    Donne le ou les liens pjjoint qui pointent vers ces rapports ici dans une réponse.

    Rien d'anormal.

    Supprime : C:\ProgramData\NxjtDgVbbxg

    Note que :
    3,86 Gb Total Physical Memory | 1,46 Gb Available Physical Memory | 37,87% Memory free [Attention - Mémoire libre insuffisante - désinstaller les programmes inutiles]

    Peut-être faire du ménage dans les programmes qui tournent.

    OK, j'ai supprimé le dossier. Je vais faire le ménage alors, merci pour ton aide, me conseillerai tu de formater le pc si il rame toujours ?

      J'ai plus que 3 applications : L'antivirus, F.lux et une chose en rapport avec Intel.

      - Faire le checkdisk (chkdsk)
      - Vérifier si des erreurs sont reportées par HD Tune
      - Vérifier la température du PC, cela ne doit pas monter > 65 degrés durant l'utilisation de l'ordinateur.
