Convert MP4 video files to USB drive

Bonjour. On my Windows Vista PC, I have stored MP4 video files, but I can't copy them to a 16 GB USB drive. However, the file is only 4 GB. It probably needs to be converted to fit on the USB drive and then be playable on my TV. What format can I convert it to and how do I do it? Thank you for your help as I've been struggling with converter after converter.

    the key must be formatted in FAT and it should be in NTFS

      Thank you very much, thanks to you I will be able to safely put my children's fair on a USB stick :-)
