Android Update (Arnova 10b g3 running Android 4.0.3)

Hi everyone, I want to update my tablet but when I go to settings - about tablet, I don't have the "check for updates" option like in all the other Android devices I've had. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

    For the Arnova tablets, you need to do it from the site:
