Dell Optiplex Orange Blinking Light

Question

Hello,  I've been having a problem for three days with my Dell Optiplex GX 520. Nothing starts on boot and the power button is blinking orange. I changed the power supply and the problem remains. So I am open to any suggestions.  Configuration: Windows / Chrome 33.0.1750.154

Hello  remove the power cable, press the power button for 30 seconds, reconnect the power cable, and start it up.  There are 4 indicators, 1, 2, 3, 4. I'm afraid the motherboard is dead.   You should unplug all the drives, CD-ROM drives, keyboard, mouse, all USB and PS/2 ports.   Remove the PCI card if there is one.  Remove the memory.
