Dell Optiplex Orange Blinking Light

Question

Hello,

I've been having a problem for three days with my Dell Optiplex GX 520.
Nothing starts on boot and the power button is blinking orange. I changed the power supply and the problem remains. So I am open to any suggestions.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 33.0.1750.154

What did you change on your PC before it started to flicker?

To start, check that your RAM sticks and all your expansion cards are properly seated.

remove the power cable, press the power button for 30 seconds, reconnect the power cable, and start it up.

There are 4 indicators, 1, 2, 3, 4. Are they on?

I'm afraid the motherboard is dead.

You should unplug all the drives, CD-ROM drives, keyboard, mouse, all USB and PS/2 ports.

Remove the PCI card if there is one.
Remove the memory.

Try to start it up and see if the behavior changes...
