Num pad issue on Lenovo

Hello,
I bought my Lenovo PC today, and after making a mistake, I can't access the numeric keypad anymore!
Even when activating Num Lock, nothing, no numbers work (the period doesn't work either, nothing).
If someone could help me out, that would be great!!

    Good evening,

    First test

    Press the SHIFT key and the NUM LOCK key simultaneously
    Second test
    The light comes on but the key is inactive
    1° Press the Windows key and the R key simultaneously, type utilman, then press the ENTER key
    If R doesn't work, try the W key, if W doesn't work, press the Windows key and type utilman, then click on it to execute
    2° Click on Make the mouse easier to use
    Uncheck the box Enable Mouse Keys

    Apply/OK
    3° Test
    4° Good luck
    5° Have a nice evening

      Thank you, I've been looking for 3 months and I realize that these damn mouse touchpads are activated. Thank you very much, I will finally be able to reuse my numeric keypad.
