Candy Crush issue on iPhone Bonus Wheel

Question

Hello,

For the past few days, I have not been able to access the Wheel of Fortune, the one where you get a bonus every day. There is an error message that says, "Connection failed. Your Facebook session has expired. Please reconnect." However, I am not on Facebook and never have been, I am at level 557 and until now I have always been able to access the wheel every day.

Does anyone have a solution?

I have exactly the same problem. I think it's either a bug or a requirement to use Facebook....  -- Enjoy ^^

I have a Facebook account that I don't use. I logged in and the wheel is working again....   -- Enjoy ^^

I have the same problem and I don't want to reactivate my old Facebook account, so if anyone has another solution... I'm all ears!

Hello.
Be careful, I had the same issue. I activated the Facebook account and as a result
I lost all my levels. I was at 539 and I'm back to 1!!!!
Does anyone have a solution to recover the levels? I disabled Facebook, deleted the Candy Crush app from it but nothing has been recovered. So annoying!

On the contrary, I don't have a Facebook account, on the tablet, the game tells me: your Facebook session has expired
I think my grandson tried to log into this site.
How can I now change the tablet settings to "tell" this game that I don't have Facebook, please?

Hello everyone,
I have the same issue. I have never had Facebook. Everything was working fine until now, I was getting my daily bonus and since a recent update I can no longer use the wheel... if anyone finds something, I'm all ears... but I believe that if a solution is found, it will come from King...
