Ecran bleu: Kernal data inpage error

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, j'ai un problème avec mon ordinateur, un SONY Vaio. En effet, lors d'un scan avast mon ordinateur se bloque et affiche un écran bleu avec écrit KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR. J'ai donc analysé mon ordi avec WhoCrash et voici le résultat:

Et puis j'ai aussi analysé mon ordi avec ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman et voici le rapport:

Dans un autre forum j'ai vu qu'on pouvait faire une analyse et réparation du disque (C:), j'ai donc fait un check disk mais il se bloque a 11% pendant des heures et des heures et n'atteint jamais les 100%.
S'il vous plait aider moi, je vous en serai grandement reconnaissante :).
