the keyboard of my Silvercrest Cocoon M 1450 phone is locked. I no longer have the manual and don't know how to unlock it.
it says unlock in the bottom right, but when I press it, nothing happens.

    You need to press the 7 key + the 2 key on the keyboard simultaneously, according to the instructions you can find in this LINK. (Page 23)
    File pdf to be opened with Adobe Reader for example.
