My recordings have disappeared. Solved

Question

Hello,
I had about twenty recordings on the cube; this morning there are only the last recordings left. How could this happen? Maybe they are hidden under a category; I don't know what to do to recover them. Can someone help me? Is there a point when everything gets erased due to lack of space?

Configuration: Mac OS X Lion (10.7.5) / Safari 6.1.4

Have you tried turning off the decoder using the switch at the back? Wait 5 seconds and then turn the decoder back on?
Tip: go into the settings menus of the cube, then take a photo of each screen
This way, after the partial reinstallation, you can easily redo your settings

First, try turning off and on the decoder with the switch at the back and let me know

Hello
Is it a Wi-Fi HD cube (with a hard drive placed on top) or a model with an integrated hard drive?
If it's the Wi-Fi HD cube: do you have the hard drive with you?
Also, please perform this action:

Menu button on the remote
Then the My TV section
Next, the My Decoder section
Then Storage Space

In this Storage Space section, what is listed? Next to: "name"; "status"

Check that the hard drive is connected to the decoder via the USB port at the back top of the decoder.
Once this is done and if it still doesn't work:
Go to menu
Then my TV
Then my decoder
Then update
Then PARTIAL reinstallation
The decoder will be reset to factory settings except for the hard drive, which will not be erased.
It will search for channels, and you will need to redo all your settings: image, sound, preferences, services.
You will also need to reconnect the decoder to your internet box via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Once done, see if you recover a functional hard drive.
If not: do a total reinstallation!!!! The hard drive will then be completely erased, but at least you will start on a clean slate.
