How to buy a garage in GTA V story mode?

I finished GTA V, I kept Franklin, Trevor, and Michael. Only, I've often been told that a garage is offered at the beginning; I'm a millionaire, so buying one feels like buying a can of Bonduelle corn at Leader Price. But the only problem is, I don't know how to buy it; the real estate website is currently closed, saying "waiting for an update." So, the only thing I want to know is how to buy it, or if it's impossible. I'm hoping you can answer me and that your only response won't be "It's possible to buy a garage in GTA V only online." You can't buy any, but you have the garage of your house included with each house, and you have another one where you can spawn cars (36 different ones), it's on the map.
With Franclain, it's near the helipad (to the right), it shows the player's color.
