clique droit sur le Bureau > cliquez sur Personnaliser

Si tu as W7 starter c'est impossible par défaut mais il existe un logiciel tiers qui fait le job:

et tu aurais pu le trouver toi même...
Si tu as un W7 normal il suffit là aussi de faire un minimum de recherche vu que c'est un "classique" des forums :
