My headset only works in one ear

Hello, I have a pair of headphones that only work in one ear. When I plug them into my phone, I make sure to push them in properly to be certain it’s not the phone's fault, but it really is the headphones. I have to bend the wire of my headphones to hear from both ears. Can someone please help me?

    Sorry, but apart from finding a way to keep it folded, there's nothing that can be done; there’s no miracle solution like tapping on the side or configuring it through your computer. Sorry.
