PC infecté antivirus ne se lance pas

Question

Bonjour,
Mon PC est très lent, voire immobile.
L'antivirus initial est AVG mais je ne peux pas le lancer (composants inexistants, pourtant il m'annonce adware et malsign).
J'ai installé avast mais il reste à 0% lorsque je lance un scan .

Que faire ?

De là :

Faire un scan OTL pour diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections : 

&#9654 Télécharge ici :OTL

&#9654 Fais un double clic sur l'icône pour le lancer (clic droit executer en tant qu'administrateur sous Vista, Windows 7 ou Windows 8). Vérifier que toutes les autres fenêtres sont fermées afin qu'il s'exécute sans interruption.

&#9654 Clique ici pour voir la configuration

&#9654 Copie et colle le contenu de ce qui suit en gras dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

A la fin du scan, 2 Bloc-Notes vont s'ouvrir avec les rapports (OTL.txt et extras.txt).

NE PAS COPIER/COLLER LE RAPPORT ICI - LIRE JUSQU'AU BOUT

Ces fichiers se trouvent à côté de l'exécutable OTL.exe

héberge OTL.txt et extra.txt sur CJOINT et donne les liens obtenus en échange

Pour info, la vitesse que met un virus a infecter votre PC ne dépend pas de votre antivirus la preuve, j'en ai pas je vais énormément sur internet et j'ai jamais de soucis donc : 
ANTIVIRUS = sert a rien

ok.
J'ai réussi à démarrer en mode sans échec, mais impossible de trouver OTL que j'avais téléchargé auparavant. Impossible d'accéder à internet. J'ai mis le fichier sur une clef usb depuis un deuxième PC, mais pour l'instant je n'accède pas à la clef usb....

Je crois que je n'ai pas pris le mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau.
Je recommence.

Essaie RogueKiller :

 &#9654 Télécharge ici :  RogueKiller (choisir entre la version 32 et 64 bits selon ton Windows, si tu ne sais pas, demande moi!)
&#9654 Enregistre et ferme tous les programmes en cours
&#9654 Lance RogueKiller et attend que le Prescan ait fini
&#9654 Accepte l'EULA puis clique sur Scan. 
&#9654 Une fois terminé, clique sur Rapport et copie/colle le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Tu peux faire comme avec OTL, le transférer via clé USB.

On va essayer un autre outil de diagnostic puisque OTL semble ne pas passer sur ta station ...

&#9654 Télécharge ici : FRST (de Farbar)
!!! En fonction de ta version de Windows, prends la "32-Bit Version" ou la "64-Bit Version" !!!
Aide : va dans Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Système pour savoir si tu es sous 32 bits ou 64 bits.

&#9654 Double-clique sur l'icône FRST.exe pour lancer le programme. (Sous Windows Vista, 7 et 8, il faut faire un clic droit dessus, puis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.) Clique ensuite sur Oui lorsqu'un message d'avertissement (Disclaimer) s'affiche.

!! Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !!

&#9654 Sur le menu principal, clique sur le bouton Scan et patiente le temps de l'analyse.

&#9654 A la fin du scan, deux rapports s'affichent, FRST.txt et Addition.txt Poste les rapports dans ta prochaine réponse.

Les rapport se trouvent ici : C:\FRST\Logs

&#9654 Lance-le.

&#9654 Lis et accepte le contrat d'utilisation.

&#9654 Clique sur Scanner puis Nettoyer, et patiente le temps du nettoyage.

&#9654 Poste le contenu du rapport que tu trouveras dans le répertoire AdwCleaner de ton disque dur ( C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[x].txt) ou son contenu s'il s'ouvre.

Bon, puisque ni OTL ni FRST ne passent, on va sortir un vieil outil :p 
 
Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau. 

! Déconnecte toi et FERME TOUTES TES APPLICATIONS EN COURS ! 

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer . 

&#9654 Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

&#9654 Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

&#9654 clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ... 

&#9654 Une fenêtre TrendMicro HijackThis s'ouvre avec le contrat de licence. Accepte en cliquant sur "I Accept"

&#9654 laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ... 


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront

héberge " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), sur PJJOINT et copie/colle les 2 liens obtenus en échange

( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

Désinstalle Avast! ( voir : https://www.avast.com/fr-be/uninstall-utility ) 
 
Ensuite désinstalle AVG en utilisant l'outil adéquat : https://www.avg.com/fr-fr/avg-remover

Redémarre entre chaque manipulation.

C'est la merde. J'ai réinstallé avast, mais le scan ne démarrait pas. 
Après arrêt et redémarrage, avast me demande de me connecter à internet mais ne réussit pas la connection. Du coup, "les services sont désactivés".
