Unable to connect to the camera

Hello,

Since yesterday, when I turn on my camera, a message appears saying "Unable to establish a connection with the camera." I have reset my phone, but this message keeps showing up, and my device no longer works.
(Acer Liquid E2)
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 30.0

If you really can't find any solution to your problem, reset your phone to factory settings. It's foolproof!
If that doesn't work, it will necessarily mean that the problem is due to hardware damage, such as a burnt circuit or something like that.

Don't forget to back everything up on your memory card before resetting it.

You have to take out your battery and put it back in, but after that it starts again, it's so annoying :-(
