Hello,
as stated in the title, when I start Microsoft Office PowerPoint, the blue LED next to my webcam lights up.
This probably means that my webcam is on.
I have no idea why this issue occurs (hacking, bug?).
In the meantime, I put a piece of paper over the camera to make sure I’m not being spied on!
Thank you in advance for your help (any ideas are welcome),
looking forward to hearing from you!

Well, it doesn't smell good. You could start with an antivirus scan and a Malwarebytes scan to see if your PC is infected!! :)

I did a thorough scan with Avast and Malware Bytes, but it doesn't change anything.
I don't see what else I can do except disable the webcam device...
Looking forward to hearing from you. -
The problem resolved itself (probably thanks to the antivirus).
The cause of this attack remains a mystery...
I mark the subject as resolved! -
